You are responsible for deciding how and whether to communicate with or meet another user.

7. Your Content
“User Content” includes profile information, photographs, videos, messages, comments, live-stream content, audio, and other material you upload or make available through the platform.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably required to:
- Operate and improve the services
- Display your profile and content according to your settings
- Deliver messages and interactions
- Maintain platform safety

This licence ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, except where retention is reasonably required for backups, legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety, or dispute resolution.
You confirm that:
- You own your User Content or have permission to use it
- Your content does not violate anyone’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights
- Your content is accurate where it describes you
- Uploading it does not breach any law or agreement
Please think carefully before sharing personal or sensitive information with other users.
8. Moderation and Reporting
We may use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect fraud, spam, harmful behaviour, or violations of these Terms.
You can report or block another user using the controls available within the platform or by contacting teammateunderwood@gmail.com.
We may remove content or restrict an account when we reasonably believe it:
- Violates these Terms
- Creates a safety or legal risk
- Infringes another person’s rights
- Threatens the integrity of the platform
- Is required to be removed by law or a competent authority
Where appropriate and legally required, we may notify you of an enforcement decision and provide a way to appeal.
9. Subscriptions and Paid Features
Some features may require payment.
Before completing a purchase, you will be shown the applicable price, billing period, and key subscription terms.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
- Payment is charged through the selected app store or payment provider
- Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location
- You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge
- Deleting the app or your account may not automatically cancel an app-store subscription
- Refunds are handled under applicable law and the policies of the relevant payment provider
We may change subscription prices prospectively. Where required, we will provide notice before the new price takes effect.
Virtual items, credits, boosts, gifts, or similar digital features have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged unless required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
The platform, excluding User Content, belongs to us or our licensors. This includes its software, branding, logos, interface, graphics, text, designs, databases, and underlying technology.
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for its intended personal purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
11. Third-Party Services
The platform may contain links to, integrate with, or rely on third-party services such as app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, sign-in providers, mapping services, or social networks.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or conduct that we do not control.
12. Closing Your Account
You may delete your account through [Account Settings Path] or by contacting teammateunderwood@gmail.com.
If you have an active subscription, you may also need to cancel it through Apple, Google Play, or the original payment provider.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms
- Create a safety risk
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive behaviour
- Attempt to compromise the platform
- Fail to pay applicable charges
- Expose us or other users to material legal risk
Sections that logically need to continue after termination, including intellectual property, liability, disputes, and outstanding payment obligations, will remain in effect.
13. Service Availability
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, security incidents, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify or discontinue part of the service. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide notice or an appropriate remedy where required by law.
14. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:
- The identity, intentions, honesty, or conduct of any user
- The accuracy of user profiles or User Content
- Compatibility between users
- That the platform will always be available or free from errors

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [App Name] and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or interactions with other users.
Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- [Liability Cap and Currency]
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the platform, law, safety requirements, or business operations.
If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method.
The effective date at the top shows when the latest version applies.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of US, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The courts of United State will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where the consumer laws of your place of residence give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
